AI Room Declutter is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Room photos you upload, the style or tidiness options you select, and the redesigned room images generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To declutter and restyle your room photos, save results to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce the images you request.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI image processing), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your creations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. Photos of your home can be sensitive: you may delete creations in the product at any time, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
