Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Room Declutter, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service uses AI to remove visual clutter from room photos and generate tidier, restyled versions of the space. Results are design visualizations: they show an idealized rendering of a room, not a cleaning service and not a guarantee of how a physical space can be made to look.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the images generated from them, subject to these terms. Only upload photos of spaces you own, rent, or have permission to photograph and edit.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
